Since last two years AMA has been offering the Guidance & Counselling Services to students on education and career related issues. The revised activity starting from December 2007 will be named as “Guidance Plus” which will cover the following:

Target Group: (a) Students of Higher Secondary and Secondary Schools. (b) Parents.

Objectives: (a) To help students explore their interests, aptitude and other psychological aspects. (b) To create career awareness through personal counselling and group activities like Career talks, career conferences, seminars and display of literature related to different careers. (c) To help parents facilitate the growth and development of their children.

Guidance Counsellor will be available every Saturday (5.00 to 7.00 p.m.) (Appointment over phone possible)

Testing: (Optional)

The center will have psychological tests which will be administered and followed by feedback. Some of the recommended tests are (a) Differential Aptitude Test (b) Bhatia Interest Inventory (c) Other tests on Habits, Personality type, EQ etc.

Fee for Testing : Rs.300/- per test. No fee is charged for counselling.
