Preamble:

The world today is characterized by fast paced change, cutthroat competition, complexity and increasing customer demands. It is not enough that you know how to use the cutlery during a dinner. You should show up as a thorough professional and you should breathe, eat, drink and sleep quality. This session is for persons who would like to get noticed for the right reasons. The session prepares you for being immaculate, disciplined and elegant.

 

Objective:

To equip the participants with the skills required to take on the challenge of presenting themselves as the best. They will be able to know the nuances of behaving in public and also to represent the business and/or their organization as a Total Quality Person. They will be able to list the dos and don’ts of business etiquettes.

 

Audience:

The one-day course is designed for everyone who wants to get noticed for the right reasons. Anyone who wants to equip himself/herself with the right sets of behavior patterns during business meetings should attend this programme.

Dr. G. Balachandran, HRD Consultant and Certification Commissioner for JCI University, U.S.A. He held senior positions in Marketing in Multinational Corporation for over 14 years.

 

Fee :

Rs.1000/- per participant. Concession: 20% for patron members, 10% for members. Fee includes course fee, cost of reading material, lunch and refreshments. The cheque may please be drawn in the name of ‘Ahmedabad Management Association’.
