Preamble:

 

Communication plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of an organization. Effective Communication is not about talking or writing well. It is much more than that. Effective Communication has become an integral part of leadership and management. It is all about touching people positively and building bridges between and among people so that the organization flourishes along with its people. Anyone who communicates well gets noticed and success is a natural outcome. Ineffective Communication can prepare an organization to perish.

 

Objective:

 

The one-day workshop on Communicate and Succeed will enable the participants to differentiate between effective and ineffective communication. The sessions will provide the participants with tips to communicate verbally and non-verbally.

 

Audience:

 

This is a workshop for all who would like to sharpen their verbal and non-verbal skills and to practice those skills from the very next day onwards. Very effective for those who are in People Management, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing.

l Laws of Miscommunication
l Verbal and Non-verbal Communication
l Speaking Skills and Writing Skills
l Etiquettes and Manners

 

Methodology:

 

The entire sessions are interactive and activity oriented. The participants learn by doing.

Dr. G. Balachandran, HRD Consultant and Certification Commissioner for JCI University, U.S.A. He held senior positions in Marketing in Multinational Corporation for over 14 years.

 

Fee :
