INTRODUCTION
Traditionally HR practices from selection to severance have been based on ‘QE - Qualification- Experience’ set. However the real pay-master of the employees – external customers are not concerned with the QE set of the people who serve them. They definitely want competent people to serve them. Companies can get better productivity, customer service, profits and growth by assessing, nurturing, developing and rewarding competence in employees rather than outdated QE set.
