The workshop aims to help parents become better parents by using findings of Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence.

 

Contents:

l Parenting, Changing scenario and Role of parents in modern India.
l Latest research in Parenting
l Emotional Intelligence and its implications for parents
l Parenting Style (Critical, Nurturing and Adult)
l How to talk so kids will listen and listen so kids will talk/ Positive discipline
l Question and Answer

 

Methodology:

The workshop will be conducted
l Using film clippings relevant to parenting and parenting style.
l Questionnaire to help parents to understand how well they know their kids.
l Role Play
