Objective:

TThe main objective of this programme will be to help the participants appreciate the statutory requirements under the Customs law, the departmental circulars and case laws on matters relating to imports and exports. The emphasis will be to equip the participants with enough knowledge so that they can more confidently deal with the Customs.

11.15 to 11.30	Tea Break
11.30 to 13.00	Examination norms and procedures Container stuffing and sealing at factory/CFS/ICD/Docks Drawing Samples and testing Duty Drawback claims – Procedures
13.00 to 13.45	Lunch
13.45 to 15.15	Shipments under Advance License, DEEC, DFRC, Practical difficulties and case laws
15.15 to 15.30	Tea Break
15.30 to 17.00	Shipments under DEPB scheme – PMV Verification Shipments under EPCG schemes Re-exports, incl. ex-bond shipments Practical Difficulties and Case Laws
