This unfolding new world order of 21st century requires globally benchmarked skills, capacities & competencies.
Functional capabilities in chosen area of profession have to be therefore internationally benchmarked. It is however equally important to address soft skills and grooming to remain relevant in modern times. Even very qualified and talented persons may not succeed if grooming is not ensured.
This programme is designed to address this very significant and vital aspect.
What is Grooming?
Grooming in this programme actually means “The Finishing School”. It refers to “Polishing and refining the personality of an individual in holistic fashion to project a cultivated image liked by all.”
For Whom?
This is a universal programme. However, Professionals, Executives, Entrepreneurs, Government Officials will find it very useful. Those dealing with high profile corporate or foreign audiences will be immensely benefitted. Even homemakers or students in higher education will find interesting.
Age : No bar More relevant for 18 years or above.

Methodology : Participatory system will be followed. There will be multilateral discussions, case, and situation analysis.
Faculty : Mr. Amit Vasavada anchors this programme. He is the Chairman of Prasanna Foundation & President, Eco Systems Group. He is a renowned management thinker & trainer. He has also published a book titled “The Wisdom Tooth”. He has conducted 20 batches of Grooming programme at AMA with resounding success.
Library : AMA has an excellent facility. Participants will be able to refer to books, magazines & other material of interest.
Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance will be necessary to obtain certificate
Fee: Rs.2200/- per participant including Service Tax.
