Rationale:

Last two years have witnessed unprecedented growth in the field of manufacturing. The world is looking at India as its manufacturing hub, be it “Automobile Industry”, “Pharmaceutical Industry” and “Electronic or Machine Parts”.
The fury of lucrative business proposals have enthused Indian entrepreneur no end. They are busy in setting up of new units, expanding existing units and tying up for Import of Technology appropriate to international standards. An entrepreneur needs to be well conversant with Government policy and procedures to implement his plans without delay and cost over runs.
