Preamble :

The world today is characterized by fast paced change, cutthroat competition, complexity and increasing customer demands. The world is competing on time which has become the scarcest resource. One should be able to do first things first and also see the end in the beginning. An effective Time Manager is one who starts on time and ends on time.

 

 

Objective:

This one day workshop is aimed at equipping the participants with the skills required to take on this challenge of working effectively and managing the time. The sessions will provide tips on how to be a Manager of time through delegation and empowerment of people.

 

Audience : The course is designed for all counter Salespersons, Supervisors and Managers who are always running against time.

 

Content : The sessions deal with:
Vision/Mission/Goals in life, Sense of time, Time wasters, Planning through Prioritizing, Time Quadrant, Delegation and Em powerment,

 

It is important to believe that FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE BEST IMPRESSION; BUT IT IS ALL THE MORE IMPORTANT THA T LAST IMPRESSION HAS A LASTING IMPRESSION.

 

Batch Size: Limited to 30-35 persons on first come first served basis.

 

Faculty :
Dr. G. Balachandran, HRD Consultant and Certification Commissioner for JCI University, U.S.A. He held senior positions in Marketing in Multinational Corporation for over 14 years.

 

Fee :
Rs.1100/- per person (inclusive of Service Tax). (Towards programme fee, course material, lunch and refreshment.) The cheque may please be drawn in the name of ‘Ahmedabad Management Association.’
