Rationale : One of the key export incentives available to exporters as on date is Duty Exemption Scheme. A correct understanding of the scheme makes price competitive for exports of all export products. After many years, the Duty Exemption / Remission Scheme has been revamped in the recently announced Foreign Trade Policy. The transferability element is just one of the components of change.
