Preamble:

The world is characterized by the four C’s – Change, Competition, Complexity, and Customer Demands. Of these four, change is the most crucial of all, as it is the only constant. How does one change and be a change agent? Change should become the norm in the organizations of today. We should be able to find new ways of doing things if we have to survive the present times. The economic tsunami has shown the world that the most powerful can beat the dust.

Objective:

The one day workshop is to equip the participants with the bend of mind for consistent change and continuous improvement. The why and how of creativity will be deliberated so as to enable the participants to draw up action plans. The sessions will enable the participants to suggest solutions and not just spot the problems through right brain activation.

 

Audience:

The course is designed for all those who would like to find ways to look at challenges from different angles and to know creative problem solving techniques.

• Lateral Thinking and Problem Solving

 

It is important to believe that we should live as if there are no tomorrows, but it is all the more important that we plan as if we have eternity in front of us.

 

Faculty :

Dr. G. Balachandran, HRD Consultant and Certification Commissioner for JCI University, U.S.A. He held senior positions in Marketing in Multinational Corporation for over 14 years.

 

Fee :

Rs.1000/- per participant. (Concession for members 10%, patron members 20%). Fee includes course fee, cost of reading material, lunch and refreshment. The cheque may please be drawn in the name of ‘Ahmedabad Management Association.’
