Personal effectiveness and Interpersonal competence are the two most distinguishing factor defining success of effective managers and leaders. People who are able to consciously manage themselves and others are much more successful in achieving their goals.

 


This program focuses on helping the participants enhance their interpersonal skills by increasing their awareness of themselves through insightful tools of Ego Gram, MBTI & FIRO B. these are proven and time tested instruments enhancing self knowledge which will help them manage working relationships more effectively.

Day 1 : Friday, April 16, 2010

 


* Ice Breaker – understanding the context for training
* Parameters to measure Personal & Interpersonal effectiveness
* Self awareness through Ego states, Ego gram
* Developing insight into one’s mind set – the four Life positions – “Ok – Not ok” – its impact on interpersonal dealings and working in teams
* Interpersonal communication – understanding impact of ego states and life positions
* Feed back – Improvement tips

 

 

Day 2 : Saturday, April 17, 2010 (first half)

 


* Understanding MBTI as a tool for Personal Effectiveness
* Administering the Instruments, Understanding various Types
* Feedback about your Type – understand how you are different from others – learning to enhance tolerance and appreciation of colleagues of different “types”
* Practice clues for identifying and managing people of different types
* Learn to manage conflicts with people as a result of self awareness

 


Day 2 :Saturday, April 17, 2010 (Second Half) post lunch :

 


* Get your FIRO – B profile – learn needed change in your current style of managing people and relationships
* Learn to make fair guess about FIRO – B Profiles of teammates – learn tips to adjust with people of varying temperaments
* Learn & practice versatility in handling interpersonal conflicts

Mrs. Nanda N Dave is an MBTI Qualified professional. APT Qualifying Program (Association of Psychological Type, California) She is a thorough, hands on HR professional having served the corporates for almost two decades, heading corporate training and development function, HR projects, introducing novel HR & OD initiatives.
