There are finishing schools, orientation programs and on and off the job training for the entry of a new employee in an organization.

 

At the exit gate, however, neither the person retiring nor the employer whom he has served for decades feels any need to prepare the retiree for the life ahead of him post retirement. This is very strange and, indeed, unfortunate.

 

Retiree faces even more changes, challenges and uncertainties than a newcomer to an organization. This program is designed to make the would-be-retiree aware of these changes and guides how to effectively and positively deal with them; in order to make the years with silver hair his golden years.

Faculty:

 

Mr Janardana N Mamtora PGDBA (IIMA), AICWA, ACS. Mr. J N Mamtora is a post graduate in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has worked in FINANCE area for around 12 years; having worked in Union Carbide, Dharmsi Morarji Chemicals, Mumbai and in King Carpet Industries Limited and Nefraday Group of Companies; both in Lagos, Nigeria. His last job was as Group Financial Coordinator at Nefraday Group.

 

Fee:

 

Nominal Registration fee Rs.500/- per participant. Fee includes programme fee, cost of reading material, lunch and refreshments.
