About the SPEC INDIA Youth Empowerment Chair The Faculty Chair on Youth Empowerment is a contribution from SPEC INDIA to empower youth to excel in their chosen careers.

 

This youth empowerment programme is one such activity, which would help the individual develop positive attitude and make a change in their life. Several programmes and activities are organized under the Chair, which ultimately will benefit the society and the individual to take a holistic view at life. Another major activity of the Chair is a regular counselling facility at AMA. Expert is made available on every Saturday

 

(5.00 to 7.00 p.m.) for career and education guidance.

 

About the programme:

 

School or college education does not automatically form, improve or develop a student’s personality. Young people have to continuously exert and take concrete steps to acquire a
balanced growth of personality along with academic education.

 

Therefore special, concerted and sustained efforts are necessary to develop the personality of our young men and women. This
programme is designed to provide an opportunity to our youth to widen their mindset and think about developing skills for various career opportunities.

College students (after 10 + 2 )

 

Medium:
English, Hindi & Gujarati.

One day 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m

 

Faculty:
Expert faculty from AMA will conduct a programme.

 

Fee:

AMA expects a nominal registration fee of Rs.500/- from the college. The cheque may be drawn in the name of Ahmedabad Management Association.

An Appeal to College / Institutions If your college is interested in organizing this programme, please let us know. College has to arrange a class room & refreshment for the participants. AMA will bring the faculty and course material. Batch size can be around 50-60 students. AMA is also willing to conduct several batches for the same college.

 

(Registration fee per batch is Rs.500/-). If the college wants to send students to AMA complex for training that can also be arranged. In this case, apart from registration fee of Rs. 500, lunch expense Rs. 30/- per student should be paid. We look forward to your participation.
