Preamble:

The concept of Managing from the top is slowly on its way out. This is not to underplay the discipline to be maintained as the rules and procedures have to be followed. Man Management has to take care of developing the second line of leadership and the ideal Manager is the invisible one and in a way dispensable. Managers have to be mentors and trainers too.

 

Objective:

The two - day workshop equips the Managers and in house trainers with the why and how of Adult Learning. It discusses the art of training and details the training techniques and methods. The participants are given repeated chances to present sessions on topics of their interest to fine tune their skills. The sessions will create the sparkle in the participants’ presentations in training programmes.

 

Audience:

The course is designed for all HRD Mangers and Officers and In-house Training Officers of Companies and presenters.

• Writing Objectives
• Needs Analysis
• Training Techniques and Methods
• Designing programmes
• Methods of Evaluation
• Output by the participants and periodical reviews during the two days.

Faculty :

Dr. G. Balachandran, HRD Consultant and Certification Commissioner for JCI University, U.S.A. He held senior positions in Marketing in Multinational Corporation for over 14 years.

 

Fee :
