Agility refers to the ability of an organization to rapidly and successfully adapt to this constantly shifting situations. Being Agile empowers organizations build a thriving culture of innovation, speed and adaptability.
Driving faster results through customer centric approach and quick decision making, agility offers a competitive edge to businesses to stay ahead of the game.
We are excited to launch an endeavour with a mission to help businesses improve their agility. Launching AMA Agility Index 2023, with support from the knowledge partner ‘Jagdish Hirani & Associates’.
Through this Agility Index Program, we aim to measure how prepared the organization and its people are to embrace agility. Which areas they can improve upon to enhance this capability. And how to enhance these shortfalls in this journey to be truly agile.
As a first step towards this mission, we are proud to launch India’s first of its kind Agility Index. This index shall help organizations “clearly” identify current level of agility within their organization.
As a next step towards the mission, we will be launching facilitation workshops where participating organizations can interact, practice and master the art of improving agility within their workplace.
