Dr. Paresh M. Kariya and Mr. Bhavesh Upadhyay took centre stage, bringing a combined wealth of experience to the fore. Dr. Paresh is a respected senior corporate leader, boasts over 30 years of multifaceted experience, ranging from business divisions, P. & L. of MNC, to HR, Environment, Health, Safety, and more. Complementing this was Mr. Bhavesh Upadhyay, the Executive Vice President of Human Resource at INTAS Pharmaceuticals who brought over 25 years of expertise. His distinguished career includes holding key positions at companies like Cadila and Doshion, solidifying his reputation as one of the city’s most renowned HR professionals. Both of our experts brought in a rich plethora of expertise and insights into the talk.
