PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

• 08.30 AM – Reporting, Registration & Networking to AMA Campus
• 09.15 AM – Departure from AMA by Bus to Zymo Cosmetics
• 10.00 AM – Arrival at Zymo Cosmetics
• 12.00 PM – Departure from Zymo Cosmetics
• 12.45 PM – Arrival (Indicative)

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. Visit Coordinator: Mr. Amar Patel, Member, Extension Services Committee, AMA
2. Contribution: Nominal Registration fee: Rs.500/- per participant including GST to meet the transport and other organizational expenses.
3. Age Group: 18 to 55 years only. Participation is limited to 25 individuals, based on a first-come, first-served basis and in accordance with the selection criteria set by AMA. AMA reserves the right to select participants based on company-specific criteria. Applicants will receive a confirmation from AMA. Only confirmed applicants are eligible to proceed with the fee payment. The payment link is applicable only to candidates confirmed by AMA.
4. Reporting & Transportation Details:
   Reporting Time: 8:30 AM at AMA Campus. Personal vehicles are not permitted at the destination. Transportation will be arranged exclusively by AMA. AMA reserves the right to cancel registration for late arrivals.
5. Purpose of the Visit: This initiative aims to provide aspiring and existing working professionals, as well as students, with an opportunity to gain valuable industry insights and enhance their career development prospects.
6. Mandatory Requirements: Participants must wear shoes while visiting the plant for safety and operational efficiency.
