The Shipment charges are standard Rs 50/500 gms all over India.
If the Weight of the Shipment increases more than 500 gms additional 50 Rs will be charged with increase in every 500 gms.
Order placed above Rs 500 the shipment will be free in India.
- Shipment for USA will be Rs.891/500gms Addnl 400Rs with Increase in every 500gms
- Shipment for U.K Will be Rs.804/500gms Addnl 350Rs with Increase in every 500gms
- Shipment for UAE Will be 284/500gms Addnl 150with Increase in every 500 gms
The international charges includes both service tax and fuel charge.
The Shipment Charges for Countries other than USA, UK and Middle East will be as mentioned as per the area. Hence, for customer purchasing the goods shall first sent mail to ama@amaindia.org and amaonlinepayment@amaindia.org to confirm their charges.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver to major cities across India.
We make our best efforts to ship each product in your order within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 9 working days, to ship the order.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
The tracking order shall be provided after 24 – 48 Hours of the order placed. We shall send you the mail along with the tracking Id to check the status of your Parcel.
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect.
If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91-79-26308601 or mail us at ama@amaindia.org, amaonlinepayment@amaindia.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
